So far as we saw you were right on with your numbers and the things that needed repair. We changed a few things after talking with Luis, he actually talked us out of a few things and we talked him into a few. The title company was fabulous to work with, especially when we had the problem with our LLC and they put the closing on hold for us until we straightened out the problem a few days later. I only had to fax the paperwrk and they finished closing without us and mailed the checks to each party.
