Global Property Group llc (formerly JP Rescue LLC)  has grown quite a bit since its founding just a few years ago. It was founded with the belief that individuals can make a difference by lending a hand out to those that are struggling. We all have struggles in our lives and sometimes we all need a little help. With the growth of GPG it became neccessary to expand our reach and bring on more talent. My criteria was an investor who had an excellent knowledge of real estate investing, real world experience, and very strong in detail. And, above all, integrity beyond reproach. Ernie Neff is that guy. Ernie and I teamed up to form GPG, and continue to do real estate transactions which are win/win.

Now in today's marketplace, creativity is vital to success.   Ernie and Peter have created a stategic alliance with Carol and Bud from BCP investments to continue our momentum forward.   We are always striving to make these deals win/win for everyone and so far so good.
